Stay as far away as you can from HelloTech! They total scam you into unbreakable contract. The people they send to your house are in on it. I immediately filed a complaint and by the time they got back to me it was past the 30 cancel policy. I've tired numerous times to connect with them and all I get is the run around! I hate to sounds stupid but HelloTech just plan old sucks!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! The tech asked for a towl to clean with but as you see he did nothing with it he asked me to! There were 2 bolts left in the old mount and he asked me if he could remove them and I said ok then he changed me another 150 bucks but didn't tell me it until I received the bill after he left! I could go on and on but I strongly advise stay away no customer service nor do they care.
