We came to Heriz from Columbia, SC because the reviews were great and after leaving with 3 beautiful rugs I understand why people rave about this place and Sean! This was our first time buying "real" rugs not from overstock or wayfair, so I was a bit intimidated when we in and I saw just how many there were to choose from. Sean was so great and took his time to not only help us find exactly what we wanted but to educate us on what we were getting. His love for what he does is so evident and he genuinely wants you to fall in love with your rug. He also made sure to go over all the cleaning recommendations, tips, etc. This will definitely not be our last time shopping with Heriz.
