I'm sorry Hershey's florist but I've been disappointed for the second time. Last time you couldn't get in touch with me and sent a mediocre substitute bouquet. This time I called to discuss my online order and we discussed the bouquet. I was fine with a different color scheme because you didn't have the correct color roses. These were flowers I was sending to my mother in hospital and said it was really important they were equivalent to the deluxe bouquet I paid for. Well I saw a picture the day they were delivered and il here now and they aren't even close. I overpaid for this bouquet by a lot. The bouquet my dad bought at Publix is nicer. read more
