I went during their open-hours walk-in free testing time and the door was locked. A sign on the door said they were out with a return time of 40 minutes prior. I called thinking maybe they just forgot to unlock and remove the sign after lunch or something, but there was no answer. I range the doorbell, also no answer. I waited on the steps for about 10 minutes before leaving. I get that beggars can't be choosers, but it would be helpful to be there for open-hours walk-in free testing if you're going to have those available and advertise them everywhere.
