We had Carlos Hickman start a cement drive way back in June 25 2019 and took money to start job. Said he was coming today, but he never did. Came did a little work , asked for more money, worked a little,more money . The cement didn't match and was only 2" instead of 4" with large areas of puddles of water when it rained. Carlos said he would come back and fix it, to this day Jan 8 , 2020 never called or came back . Took us for over $5,000.
