Cute spot and family owned. It's best to get in before sunset like the owner expressed but we were a little late. You will be driving down a long dirt road. It's a bit spooky driving along the pecan farms at night for about 2-3 miles but it is worth it and not as scary once you see it during the day. It's not super easy with an RV and car trailer but it is doable. The family is very sweet and funny. The campsite is quiet, relaxing and you're able to fish. If I go through tx again, I'd stop here for a full day instead of a pass through. Give it a chance, you'll enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Oh! And the ducks in the morning. read more
