When I was still at UO I would schedule my entire week around when I could get my next BLET cause it was the absolute best breakfast in town. Not only is it made fresh with the in-house bread, the price and portion cannot be beat. The entire menu is absolutely stacked, as well as having some of the best coffee pastries and bread in town. Although the wait time is usually pretty significant, they now have a dependable online ordering service so you can time what you want from the kitchen, which is always going to be separate and much longer than anything from the counter.
