Very rude from the beginning! I came to my door without a mask. My dogs were barking at my heals. I asked the male to back up he didn't move. I shouted twice to back up. Then he walked away. I stepped outside and closed my dogs inside. The man was getting in his truck. I stood on my porch and asked him if he was leaving? He said he was. I explained to him that I had no mask and needed room to step out. Advised him there was a pandemic going on and needed the distance. He said that he misunderstood. I advised him my wife was getting over cancer and that I still needed to maintain a safe environment for her. At that point advised him that I would put the dogs away and he would have access directly to the fireplace through our front door. When the work was over I took a look up the flue of the chimney. As you can see in the pictures that the flu liner past the damper is still filled with loose objects hanging off of the inside. When I approached the man about it he became irritated and hostile. I advised him that I would be giving him a terrible review. At that point he called me out of my name calling me a dick, fat bitch, and the terrible word CUNT. At that point I told him that he was a dick and that I would be stopping payment on the check. He kept cursing me out of my name to the point that I told him to get off my property.
