A perfect choice for my final meal in Bath, Hong Kong Bistro is right down the street from the Bath Spa Rail Station. Several tables of Chinese people enjoying their food, I hope it's not offensive to point that out, because I usually see it as a sign of good Chinese food. Service was excellent, though I had to feel bad for the lone woman working the restaurant, taking orders, running drinks, bringing plates of food, cleaning tables. She was seriously hussling! Excellent portion of truly delicious food, I went with the Chef Special Noodles, which was a large pile of noodles with thin slices of chicken and beef and pork, plus a couple of prawns ("shrimp" in American). Veggies were crisp and tasty and the sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds really set it off. They had several bottles of win on their list and a half-dozen or so bottles of spirits on the wall, plus a few different beer choices. With a Tiger beer, a great deal for just under £7.
