Made this our one exclusive dinner on vacation. We had seen people getting the whole fish and decided that's what we were going to do. We ordered the fish based upon the waiters recommendation. It was prepared sushi style, on a salt stone, with a macadamia nut topping. This is probably one of the most exclusive dinners we have ever had. It was very original.
