Love that they have a Hot Topic in The Shoppes at River Crossing, the indoor/outdoor style shopping plaza in Macon. This one is super easy to access. Park & go in! Where I live, Phoenix, Arizona, Hot Topics are all inside malls.
First, thank you for enforcing Covid-19 safety protocols like wearing masks AND limiting the number of customers in store. I didn't mind waiting outside for five minutes while customers inside finished up.
The store is chock full of merchandise so limiting customers contributes to social distancing + appreciate plastic barriers between cash register and customers.
Second, love their hospitality! I certainly don't get this kind of customer service at my Phoenix store. The young woman who greeted me at the door, helped me with so many questions + gave suggestions.
1. Do you have any fingerless gloves? Yup, they had a skeleton pair, a Baby Yoda pair, an all black pair and an R2D2 pair. I bought two R2D2 pairs - buy one & get second pair half off.
2. Do you have the Harry Potter White Owl fingerless gloves? No they didn't get them in yet this year.
2. Are these knee high socks the good kind that actually fit over your calves instead of being too tight? Yup, she vouched for them b/c she wears them.
3. Do you have any Winnie the Pooh themed merch? Yup, they had a backpack, masks and a credit card/ID card holder (for a friend).
