We chose this hotel based on reviews. It is decorated with traditional Italian style so not for one seeking modern glam. It's located very near City Center, which is about a 20-30 minute walk. The taxi rate from the airport to the hotel is almost double the rate charged to the City Center area; given time, I might take a bus or walk to city center and catch a cab from there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Happy Hour is offered each night from 6:30-8:30. There are several tasty snack items (prepared breads, nuts, crackers, cheese, pastries) to munch on, as well as wine and champagne in garden area. In the Breakfast Room you will find a self serve buffet of breakfast items every morning from 7:30-10:30. In addition to croissants, breads, jams, yogurt, dry cereal, and fruit, scrambled eggs, zucchini quiche, and bacon were served. The hotel is super clean. The lighting is within the rooms is very dark and it is missing a few essential items I expect in a hotel (i.e,: facial tissue). But overall it is a good value for the money. read more
