We stayed at the Ruby for 4 nights while in town visiting family, and we'd happily stay there again. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a nice spread. I was expecting maybe muffins and coffee, but they had quite a nice selection of things. We found that the tv in our room didn't work, but they addressed that right away by swapping it for a working one. They also gave us a discount on the first night for the issue. The stairs are steep, which could be challenging for some, but they do have an elevator. The only sound we heard from other rooms was the occasional toilet flush. Parking is extremely limited, but there is more available at Ruby 2, which is two blocks away. I did a load of laundry one morning, which was a convenient plus.
