I've been a customer at Hour Place for more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Christina and Steven know how to do it and they do it well! The food is outstanding and the customer service is phenomenal. As a matter of fact, the day before Thanksgiving, I witnessed a customer picking up her Take & Bake order only to realize that she had mistakenly ordered plain dressing instead of chicken & dressing. Christina swooped in, without hesitation, and saved Thanksgiving for this customer! She took that dressing back to the kitchen, worked her magic, and returned it to the waiting customer WITH chicken! These were pre-ordered, prepared and packaged meals - which we all know takes TIME to prepare - but Hour Place will make certain every customer leaves satisfied, with a full belly and a smile on their face.
