After reading one star reviews of this business i've decided to explain my dealing with Howard's. After waiting weeks I received a phone call. Your car is ready for pickup. We have waited for weeks and had been told by the business a part to complete car it should arrive soon. I previously explained I didn't want our car until completed. What was explained to me they would get it. I picked up car today! our interior was filthy! Luckily my VW app allows me to see status of vehicle including window position. The driver side window was down for weeks. I assumed the interior would have been cleaned. NO! Filthy. I will interior post pictures here soon. Please read some of their reviews!
