they have done excellent work in framing a number of my needlework pieces, but this time they went over the top. It was a chess themed jigsaw puzzle that I wanted to put in my partner's chess room. While, I had an idea of what I wanted, they helped me select a frame and mat. They could have stopped there, but they didn't. They mounted the puzzle on the mat with it lifted to give it a bit of dimension. They also researched the artist and puzzle company and put the information on the back of the piece.
