When I was re-caulking around our shower pan, I found that the subfloor underneath the vinyl sheet flooring was badly moisture damaged. After calling around for several estimates, we decided to go with Huether's Renovations. Patrick Huether and Caleb Pendleton showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and were very polite and helpful, as were their helpers. We ended up having them replace the subfloor and install LVP, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. I chose a rustic pine look and the flooring is wonderful. They also replaced 2 faulty pillars in the crawl space with jacks, touched up the grout in the shower tile, installed new shower doors, painted the vanity cabinet and the medicine cabinet, and painted the whole room including the ceiling. We discovered that the ceiling had some water damage and Patrick repaired that. They were going to paint the woodwork around the window and doors, but Patrick showed me that the woodwork was heart pine, original to the house (1950s). We decided to have them strip and stain the woodwork and it looks amazing! We are enjoying our "new" bathroom, and would recommend Huether's Renovations for any job you might have. read more
