Hugo is the man. Dealership wanted $250 and to keep car for the day to diagnose wiring issues. I called Hugo and talked about issue he was able to guess more or less what the problem is. I purchased the part, brought into and he was able to get me in and out in an hour for 1/5 the cost of the dealership. Keep in mind dealers diagnosing was $250 not including the repair.
