Food was okay. The hot and sour soup was below average. Service not so good - our waitress was rude. We found a roach crawling on the wall and notified the waitress only to have her not care and let the roach keep crawling around. My group and I are Americans and in certain cities in the States there are grading systems that rate the hygiene of the restaurant. Here it would be a C or below.
