We were in Goderich and found this museum. It happened to World Museum Day and the entrance was free! A nice museum with so many things to see specially from Huron County. All the agricultural/farm equipment, bicycles, farm tools, military stuff and so much history from homes. The highlight? An entire coal steam engine (it is massive) inside. You can get in and feel the size of it. There was a section for the salt mine which was still under construction but still open. The lady was so kind to walk us through what was available and explain how salt is mined in Goderich - works largest underground salt mine.
