I enjoyed my stay greatly! The staff was very kind and helpful, though I didn't always know who worked there and who didn't, as there were a lot of people always coming in and out. No elevator, so prepare for the spiral staircase! Top floor (5th) has a lovely terrace with a beautiful view. The wifi barely worked during my stay, especially on the top floor, which was really frustrating, but I'm sure they're working on it. Also, the top floor bathrooms seem to possibly be under renovation. Use the ones on 4th floor or below to get a warm shower in a nice and clean atmosphere! The beds were comfy and the AC unit in each room was a lifesaver. The free breakfast was simple and delicious! Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as the heart of Kadikoy and Moda. When my plans changed suddenly and I could no longer stay another night, they refunded me the money (in cash, I payed with card) which was extremely kind of them. I'm so thankful for the people that helped make my stay wonderful, and would definitely stay here again if I am in Istanbul! read more
