We've been meaning to try Hyde Park for such a long time now, but always went in another direction. They have a great menu with lots of options to choose from, but we came for the pizza! And oh my god! What a great pizza! They ferment their dough, giving the crust this airy soft annnd crunchy cornicione, it has a good flavor and doesn't leave you feeling bloated. The place is beautiful, with nice ambiance, and service was so quick! They have wonderful combinations, but we went with half pepper pepperoni amazing!!! With their fantastic house made sauce, acidic Calabrian chilis and great greasy toasty pepperoni, 100% recommended! And half busy bee, with house red sauce, great mozzarella cheese, soppresatta, basil, chili, goat cheese, and to top it off some hot honey, this was my husband's favorite, it was really good!!
