My husband and I stopped in for a little break during our Mother's Day weekend shopping, and this was our first time visiting. We ordered an appetizer and drinks, and everything was delicious! I highly recommend the Texas Two-Step Margarita and the Blackberry Tequila Sour -- both were absolutely amazing . The appetizer was a great choice as well.
The staff was a true highlight. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and honestly every waitress, server, and hostess we encountered was fabulous. The customer service was top-notch.
Now for the constructive feedback -- and I say this because I want them to do better. The bathrooms were not clean. We arrived just a few hours after opening, which means they weren't properly cleaned the night before or that morning. Check the videos. That alone almost made me walk out before ordering, and honestly, had I visited the restroom before I sat down, I would not have stayed.
Also, as a gardener and container designer, curb appeal matters -- it's the first thing guests see. The containers outside were beautiful, but the flowers were dead, dry, and depleted. There are so many low-maintenance planting designs that would thrive in that space. A little live vegetation would go a long way in making a great first impression.
The food and service are genuinely worth coming back for -- but the cleanliness and curb appeal need to match that energy. Fix those two things and this place would be a solid five stars. read more
