I recently went to Ice Flame in Ajax with a friend and his family. We had some light snacks and delicious desserts! Their Chili Masala Fries, tossed in a wok with spices and seasonings and then drizzled with an aioli, tasted as good as it was colourful. Bright red and delicious! We also had their regular fries, which were really good, very crispy. Of course, we had to try their desserts! The Oreo Hazelnut Crumble waffle was a great choice! This was a freshly made waffle, topped with handmade ice cream, crumbled Oreo cookies, and drizzled with chocolate sauce. This was a piece of Heaven! So delicious! It was also interesting to see how they made their ice cream. The ingredients were put on an ice cold surface, tossed, chopped, and scraped, before being rolled. Fascinating!
