This review is an update from all previous reviews that were mostly dine in. We have been visiting Ichima "to go" since the beginning of COVID, hoping to keep their business afloat. It has become our tradition to splurge every pay day and enjoy our sushi at home. This transition was hard for us to make as we are fans of the sushi bar, chatting with the chefs and the guests, all while filling up on Kikusui Sake and a wide variety of delicious fresh sushi. But lets be real... we have all had to adjust in the year 2020, hopeful that our favorite spots will be there to serve us in 2021. This is our contribution! Ichima is on point for COVID guidelines. Staff are masked, hand sanitizer is plentiful, pick up is organized, and the food is still excellent. If you are concerned about COVID practices, you can rest assured that Ichima, you will be well taken care of. I look forward to the day that we can walk in and sit at the sushi bar, enjoying our time with the wonderful staff.
