Today 8/10/25 I went for lunch with my boyfriend at this IHOP located in Hanford. I ordered the salmon lunch, and after third bite I noticed my salmon arrived raw in the middle. I sent it back, and they told me they would prepare another one. I waited while my boyfriend finished eating, but my dish never came back to the table. While waiting, The waitress offered us more water and never brought it. I asked the waitress that I decided to take my order for to go. We got tired of waiting, and we went to pay, the cashier explained that the salmon had been frozen, which is why it hadn't cooked properly, and that the new order would take longer, so it was better to refund my money. I left without eating... hungry, upset and with raw salmon flavor in my mouth. A very disappointing experience. They should not serve raw fish because it can cause various bacterias, such as Salmonella, Vibrio, Clostridium, and Listeria, which can cause food poisoning with symptoms like nausea, upset stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting.
