DJ and the team was amazing in helping me get my car wrapped. I contacted DJ before Christmas and wanted my car to be wrapped in Frozen Berry Pink before the New Year. It is a special gift for my GF. DJ gave me a reasonable quote and ordered the wrap right away, hoping it arrives on the Tuesday leading into new year. I dropped off my car on Monday. However, due to some shipment issue, it had not arrived even on the Thursday. I was really anxious and contacted DJ. He understood the importance of this, and told me he would make calls around and tried to reorder for next day delivery. He did that and told me it would get done by Saturday. On Friday, the wrap arrived, and he sent me the pictures and told me he would have 4 people working on it to get it done. I met DJ on Saturday to pick up the car, they were still working on it to try to make it perfect, and they got it done even work after normal working hours. The crew was very passionate about the works, you can see excitement and joy on their face. IT is not just a job for them, they love doing it. The car looks amazing. What impressed me the most is the fact that the team maintain great communication with you at all times. Before, during and after the service. I think that's all you can ask for when you leave a car in a shop. He and his assistant have been super friendly the whole time, and very helpful. After the service, I found out that the window tint had some issue. It was done by their sister store. I contacted DJ and he still showed great responsibility to help me fix it.
