It's pretty rare that I reviewed a chain type place but the service here was 10/10! If you are not local think of illy as your local Starbucks type coffee shop but definitely better! I'm a frequently flyer at illy when I travel to Europe but I really appreciated the baristas taking the time to literally explain almost all the coffee types and menu to my friend.
