I was in need of having some patches placed on my EMS after hours jumpsuit. This was the only place I'd found in the area, so I decided to try them out. I understand being busy and of course the need to wait, however, I was told it would take a month to sew on one patch, and add Velcro in two other places for a whopping $100. Had the Velcro been one solid piece, this would not be an issue, however, it's 2 small strips, with one being so far back that the patch is off center. So now, in a conundrum. If I return to have it fixed, not sure how long that would be expected to take. I prefer looking somewhat professional when entering someone's home in a time of need, but now, I have an expensive jumpsuit that just hangs in my closet unused. read more
