The experience my elderly sister and brother-in-law (ages 80 and 82) had with this company is far removed from any favorable reviews. The couple were traveling to Gastonia to see their great grandson when the car starting running hot. They pulled over to the closest place they could find to buy some anti-freeze to put in as a quick fix until they could determine the problem. They spoke with Brandon at Import Auto Tech who obliged them with a container of anti-freeze, which they expected would be in the $15 to $20 range as it is almost EVERYWHERE else. He charged them $51 without even flinching. They were an easy target as their car was running hot and they didn't have a choice because they didn't want to ruin their car. They put in themselves, so it wasn't a labor charge. They told him they thought it was really over priced but it did no good. Do not recommend as they really took advantage. read more
