Do NOT recommend. He was hired to paint trim and second coat on walls. He started painting baseboards before walls without any prep, sanding or caulk. He didn't tape off carpet and was only painting top 3/4 of baseboards. He requested to leave some materials behind when he left in anticipation of returning a couple days later.
