I tried Inka Wasi and wow--the shrimp ceviche was AMAZING. I ordered it to go, and honestly, I regretted not eating there because I could've easily ordered another one. Fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. Next time, I'm definitely asking if they can make it spicy because that would take it to another level. I also tried the chicken empanadas. They were good, but I wasn't quite sure about the yellow sauce that comes with them--looked like cheddar cheese, but I'm not sure. Personally, I think they would've been way better with something like a chimichurri-style sauce or a more herby, savory dip. Overall, the ceviche alone makes this place worth coming back to. read more
