I was looking for a dessert place on the Collingwood strip and decided on Inside Cafe. I'm surprised that they had bubble waffles here, which is a common Asian treat. Of course, the only Asians in Collingwood found the bubble waffles it was pretty good! Also ordered a single scoop of pralines and cream ice cream. It was a huge scoop so I was happy! The taste was just like Baskin Robbins too. The service was really good. The young lady helping me asked me to ignore the phone ringing in the shop. I was surprised and pleased that she prioritized completing the transaction before taking the call. They also sell bubble tea, freeze dried candy, and other goodies. read more
