Abel and his crew converted part of our home into a turnkey livable/rentable studio. Abel worked around our ideas and with his creativity and experience, the final product turned out much better than we had envisioned. The work consisted of new plumbing, electrical, flooring, sheet rock among other things. In addition, a new kitchenette and min split was added. He stayed on schedule and on budget.
