March 10 I had another Intelcom delivery - and this time he actually brought it up to my apartment - the picture he took doesn't show the 2 parcels in front of my door but that's fine I know he was there, and I have a Ring cam on my door March 11, today, I have another delivery, one by Intelcom one by ASL, then another delivery scheduled for March 12 Rating stays the same, Intelcom lacks competence March 11 - just had email notification for delivery (Intelcom), the driver did not use intercom, did not follow instructions which now appear below my name on the ship label - left it in the lobby again Waiting on another delivery from ASL March 11 - 6h57pm - ASL left the box OUTSIDE the building and never used the intercom - I called up their tracking to see what was going on and it indicated delivered with the picture, attached. Now I'm off to see if they have a Yelp page I have a box due for delivery from Amazon tomorrow March 12, the initial tracking indicates Intelcom, so yet another update will be made edit March 12 2026 - Earlier the intercom called my phone, I pick up, say in both English and French please come upstairs and leave it at my door thanks. Buzz him in. A minute later I get email confirmation of delivery, the picture shows he left it in the lobby, and then I hear him coming down the hallway, leaves it at my door, knocks, and he's gone. So this is now the 2nd delivery that actually came upstairs. Small packed envelope, didn't weigh much, but it surprised me a lot he came up.
