The wait wasn't too long. The restaurant itself is very clean, organized, and you're well attended to. This was a nice flashback to NYC! The pork belly bun, fantastic! Not too fatty or greasy, with a great bite that wasn't covered in mayo. The Steamed gyoza was also done well. Fried gyoza was ok, but had a drizzle of spicy mayo over the top, and the bite was a bit heavy. Shredded cabbage/veggies were the bed of the gyoza, but it was just ok in the end. The ramen itself was PERFECT! I always told myself, other than Tsujita in LA (for their tsukemen of course), this is my favorite ramen place for Tonkotsu style broth. Order the noodles EXTRA hard! You don't want those noodles soggy and overly chewy/gummy while you're slurping. A personal preference would be THICK noodles, but that's asking too much. The location doesn't have wifi, but they were nice enough to give everybody a cup of cold green tea while we waited. GO HERE! read more
