Once we got back to Manila from our Tokyo excursion, I felt that I didn't have enough time to really dive deep in my ramen experience, so we went for ramen in Manila. Ippudo is a name that I was already familiar with since I had tried it in NYC before, but I have to say, I was extremely skeptical about trying it in Manila. To my surprise, this specific Ippudo location did a great job of making their ramen taste great. But the main attraction for me were the bao buns! They were so amazing! I probably could've ate 6 of these on my own, but I knew I had to share with my group.
