My husband and I had our wedding reception here in January 2019. Daniela and the team took care of every aspect to carry out our wedding reception! They cater to your every need at an affordable price (flexible payments available) definitely a one-stop-shop! They are busy people, but always answer the phone, text back, or receive you if you show up. The food and cake were delicious, of which they have several options to choose from. If any food and cake is leftover, they give it to you. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue turned out to be! I also forgot my USB there the night we had rehearsal and promptly retrieved it back after the wedding. At the rehearsal, you can add decor or services for a reduced price (ex: photo booth for $350, normally $600). There are a few reasons why I'm not giving them 5 stars. 1) We gave them a playlist of almost 200 songs for the DJ to follow throughout the reception, and they did not. Their excuse was that the atmosphere of the dance was "too lively" compared to the songs we chose. They refused to go back to our playlist several times, and finally did so during the final hour of the reception. 2) After things settled down, we realized they might've not used all 3 bottles of champagne (1.5L each) during the toast, which were decorated. We had exactly 60 glasses for the waiters to pass out to guests, and my guests said they did not. If they used up all 3 bottles, all of the glasses would've been filled up half way, and we should've gotten all 3 bottles back. 3) The whole "bring as much alcohol you want and we'll serve it, but don't bring water, sodas, and snacks" is weird to me. Because we didn't want out guests to pay for water or sodas after dinner was cleaned up, we had to pay a certain amount of money (we gave as much money as we wanted, not a set price by Iram's) for concessions. I personally think it should be the other way around, but it stems from them not having the permit or license to sell alcohol on their property.
