Well I thought I would try out a new salon.....after the reviews I thought this might be my new home. It was the end of the day so I'm going to assume the techs were tired. Not much convo or exchange of pleasantries. My pedicure is awesome but these nails are a tad suspect. I asked for solar but ended up with gel somehow. Even after mentioning they were uneven during application she kept going. I have bubbles and white dust in what is supposed to be a clear French manicure. They tip portion is not the same on all nails. After all was said and done and $114 dollars later ....I won't be back. I pay for a service and I expect that. They charged me separately for acrylic on one big toe, French tip and take off and no one has done that before. Just nickle and dime versus business retention is the way to go nowadays.
