We bought an older (1985) home recently that had some issues, including the furnace. The home warranty company sent out Iron Fireman for the repair, and the tech fixed the problem quickly and professionally. After the repair, we got a nice follow-up and thank-you letter signed by the owner. We decided then to get a whole-house humidifier installed, but get the ducting cleaned and sealed first. Wow. Great job by technicians Matt and Jennifer. And such nice people. We are so happy with our fresh, clean air--proven by before-and-after pics taken by them--and the test results. Highly recommended.
