The Iowa State University campus is huge. The creamery is located within the Food Sciences Building and situated in a small section on the second floor. It looks like most of the parking in the area is dedicated to staff and permits. We found a few metered spots down the street on Wallace and Beach. We tried cardinal tracks (chocolate ice cream with chocolate-covered raspberry cups and fudge swirls) and business brew (espresso and vanilla ice cream with espresso flakes and fudge swirls). The cardinal tracks were good but the espresso flavors from the business brew was nowhere to be found. It just tasted like another chocolate ice cream. read more
