I took my s21ultra here to have my screen fixed. She did great with fixing the front screen. The back kept lifting I took it back 7 times. They broke the back twice. They said I took the tape off. Witch I did not have pics to prove it both times I got it back with the tape on it. I told them after the 7th time to I want a refund. She replaced my fixed screen with the broke screen with had way more damage then when I took it in. Also they super glue my camera down. Her finger prints are in the lense. After I got my refund with was only 435 out of the 465 I paid. I took my phone to Samsung in Frisco and itech caused so much damage to my phone it would be 1,000 to fix. I have not heard the the owner of this store to help with the cost of me buying a new phone. I paid 800 for a new Samsung s21ultra. Do ur self a favor. Saylve ur money go else where. This place is a damn joke. U would figure they would help with the cost of a new phone that they tore up so badly. read more
