I walked into this store today to get a price to replace my screen on my Google Pixel XL today. After a year of dropping it my poor phone had dozens of hairline fractures on it. The man behind the counter apologized for not having the screen in stock but would order one for me. I handed him my phone so he could figure out what screen to order. He looked at it for less than a minute and smiled. He said "your screen isn't cracked, your screen protector is" I was wondering why the screen protector came in a 3-pack! If he had said - it's $250 and you have to prepay, I would have. I'm really happy to report that this phone repair shop in downtown Burlingame is run by a smart and honest man.
