Johnny was recommended to me by my parents where he had made a walkway for them on the side of their house. Johnny took the time to carefully listen to our ideas, make his own professional suggestions, and provide a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Him and his team were here a couple days prepping the area (removing the bushes and trees, adding the forms and the rebar, rerouting the sprinkler pipe, and adding conduit for electrical) and then came the pour the concrete. Thanks to the exceptional preparation work, it turned out beautifully. He was patient enough to even go back to smooth out little areas we messed up after we were attempting to write something on them. Johnny was very professional, flexible, and patient. He always made it clear that he wanted us to be happy with that work and was up front and reasonable about costs with regards to additional work. He is very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining why things cost more or less and why he did things a certain way which we appreciated. Now that the patio and extra concrete is done in the front, our next project is to decide/finalize our ideas for our side pathways and an additional area in the backyard.
