J Mo's is an Asian fusion food truck that services the Lousiville Kentucky area and it's surrounding cities for events and gatherings. The bright pink truck is hard to miss. I've actually seen j mos at a few places such as the Bullitt county fair and other parks. I finally gave them a try for the first time when they recently setup at my daughters school back to school bash event. As mentioned they are Asian fusion so you pretty much choose your meat or choose like steak or chicken and it is fused with rice or a noodle. I personally went with the Sweet n spicy chicken bowl which was chicken and rice. The yum yum sauce is a big draw and a thing people rave about with this particular food truck. I'm skeptical on sauces and a picky eater. So I originally tried it without the yum yum sauce and it was good and had a nice flavor. But I thought "it could use something else". So the yum yum sauce was added. And it was a game changer! Delicious sauce. They could probably bottle the sauce and sell it standalone. Overall a very good and tasty food truck that I will not hesitate to visit the next time I see them out an about. Pricing is fair and on par with other food trucks as well so will be an easy decision for me to make. read more
