This is definitely local and not a tourist trap. It is so down to earth, bartender was amazing and the FOOD WAS DOWN RIGHT AMAZING! We love a dive and this was it! We were on the island for a little get away the husband and I, I can say from all the places we went this was MY MOST FAVORITE! The drinks were well made, something you should expect at a bar and not all bars can do. No complaints on that at all! What shocked us and made us definitely want to come back for was the food! I was not looking forward to bar food completely bc I have a sensitive stomach but we ordered... STREET TACOS, the nachos, fries and wings. Nothing was greasy or oily which was amazing to me. Then the portions were great, the taste was phenomenal. Bar food can usually be frozen and reheated or oily and this was the exact opposite. It was fresh, tasty and perfect. This is definitely a must if you want low key hang out to watch a game. We were the only not locals and yet everyone was very friendly.
