Visited Jackson's Poultry in the Granville Island market. I was looking for some meat and as everything is so expensive, I found Jackson's poultry to be reasonably priced. Not all their products though were freshly made in store. Some of the products were purchased from other manufacturers. I bought some chicken Cordon Bleu as I've never tried it before, but it was OK. I'm not sure I would purchase again though. I would purchase the fresh meats though. They even had done chicken bones that I bought for soup stock. The servers were friendly, helpful and patient.
