Our basement was completed by this company in January 2026. The work was very poorly done. There was no cabinet for the fridge made. I ordered a 32 inch fridge but it didn't fit the space, so it was a hassle to return it and buy a smaller fridge that fit. The fridge is placed in a weird position as there is no cabinet. The insulation is very poorly done. I can hear the breathing of my downstairs tenants. After six months the flooring and caulking is coming off in the bathroom. The position for the microwave plug is weirdly placed. When the furnace was installed there was leak in the furnace room. The contractor was not accepting it as their fault and claimed that it was the builder's fault. They didn't even came to check when I informed them. When the builder's tradesman came they found out that the contractor didn't glue the pipes for the second furnace they had installed. I asked for a grey flooring. The contractor insisted on beige. I later found out they insisted on beige because they had another work where they needed beige flooring, which helped them to cut cost. The basement was not cleaned after the work was completed. It was dusty and metal pieces were all over the floor. I had to do the cleanup myself before the appliance people brought the appliances to not hurt their feet with metal.
