If I could give zero stars to this company I would. I have been trying to find the words to Sum up how terrible, unprofessional, and discriminatory the experience I had with this company was. I was made to believe we reached a price as I had another company willing to do my roof and siding for less and this company offered to match the price. I paid that price IN FULL. Then received texts telling me I owed more money. Repeatedly getting told materials are on order but would take time only to find out they are not available. Then given another quite to which my insurance used the words "extreme" To describe his pricing towards me and even with 300k in insurance coverage they said they refused to allow that price to be covered and suggested I go elsewhere. 9 months later my siding still has holes in it. I was refunded money but still have yet to find out if its enough for the siding. I was pregnant throughout this experience and going through a divorce and being transparent, then told I was an act of charity when asked why he agreed to a price then wanted to change it when paid. He left samples and materials muddy outside my house in the rain instead of handing them to me while I was home. Continued to harrass me about payment just to ultimately give me a quote the was way over any price my insurance had seen for the area. This company is a con and I plan to report them to the better business bureau and anyone else who will listen so others will not be mistreated as I was. In my 30 years of living in the FM area I have yet to experience something like this. Despicable behavior. read more
