I visit this Jared about twice a year for inspections and cleanings. The staff is never pushy and always make me feel confident that my rings are in safe hands. May was very professional and helpful, even pointing out that some of the scars in my ring could be repaired overnight. This warranty on rings is invaluable - once, the prongs were damaged and I would have had no idea without the inspection. The store is clean and they have a nice selection and sale items.
